Introduction

This case study covers two website projects for local home-service businesses: one ongoing maintenance engagement and one full website build using Webflow with CRM integration.

Despite different scopes, both projects focused on the same goal — creating fast, stable, mobile-friendly websites that reliably capture leads, are easy to manage, and are built with a scalable, SEO-ready foundation for future growth.

The Challenge

  • Highlight mobile & desktop CTAs for free quotes and direct calls.
  • Present visual proof and customer reviews up front.
2. Streamlined Customer Journey

The site’s flow was structured to lead visitors from inquiry → product overview → estimate request → consultation booking. This was achieved by adding:

  • Step-by-step process breakdown (“Our Process in 3 Simple Steps”).
  • Persistent buttons that bring desktop and mobile users to quote request forms.
3. Comprehensive Product & Service Display

Detailed sections were added to showcase the flooring types installed, including:

  • Luxury Vinyl Plank
  • Hardwood

Clear visuals and concise descriptions help customers see options and decide with confidence.

Results – What Changed

Following the improvements, Flooring USA experienced stronger customer engagement, higher quote requests, and faster project turnaround times.
